Course duration (4 hours): In-house course conducted at our training centre.

Do you know that working on / near / adjacent to the road is as dangerous as working in a construction site? There have been numerous incidents involving public motorists and site workers; effective roadwork safety is the solution to preventing unnecessary accidents.

This course will cover effective practices based on the “Land Transport Authority’s Code of Practice: Traffic Control at Work Zone”, as well as worker and public safety.

• Worker and public safety
• Channelising & Delineation devices
• Procedures in effective lane closure
• Traffic controller operation requirements (construction & roadworks)
• Effective usage of warning devices and safety distances

This course is suitable for all workers (particularly new workers assigned to be traffic controllers) who need to work on / near / adjacent to the road or construction site (especially those involved in LTA roadwork projects).
