If you work with chemicals, you have a right to know about the potential hazards associated with those particular chemicals. This course provides chemical safety awareness and effective chemical hazard control solutions.

What will this course cover?
• Introduction to relevant chemical safety related Acts and its Regulations
• Classification of hazardous materials and licensing requirements
• What a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) is, and the purpose it serves
• Effective hazard communication
• Identify chemical hazards / problems
• Effective chemical hazard controls

Who should attend?
This course is suitable for all employees (particularly new employees) who deal with chemicals at work on a regular basis, and require a basic knowledge of chemical safety awareness.
